Doing the black brotherhood at the moment, kind of feels like it goes against all the work I did for the Imperials during the Civil War. The whole game feels slightly weighted towards the Stormcloaks IMO and that is wrong. Least of which is if the issue was thought about rationally then they would release worshiping Talos would mean invasion and almost certain defeat at the hands of the dominion. Yes a free to worship state is nice in theory but no one in the Stormcloaks is looking at the big picture. The game try's to make the Imperials the enemy/oppressors when it's clearly the dominion (which I bet will be the next TES game).

As good as this game is, anyone feel like they spend 80% of the time looking at loading screens? I'm level 21 now, prob only 1/4 -1/2 through the main story, and the action parts are great, but just gets very tedious looking at loading screens as you go from one place to the next such a vast amount of times.

I'm finding the same, and i'm only at lvl 17. I'm tempted to buy it on the pc just to try and help things :( it makes me want to hurry the main story line.

Finished the main quest yesterday at level 50. Not sure I can be bothered to do the few remaining sidequests, so i guess I will have to wait for the DLC.

I've done 20 hours so far on the game and I've not fought one dragon yet! :(

I love the randomness of the game. J'zargo must have got ***sed off with me on how many goes I had at trying to kill Morokei on the staff of magnus quest. On my last try before switching the game off in frustration he just ran over to him and punched him to death with his bare hands! :)

You'll get fed up of dragons after 100 hours, fast travel somewhere and three are waiting for you...

Kick off the main quest, you'll soon meet them.. I would recommend doing the first few quests, then leaving it for a while, gives you some advantages which I won't spoil.

this is the sole reason i am delaying continuing with the main quest, i dont see the appeal in continuing once you have no more final goal.

an NG+ where the side quests you already completed are finished would be a great addition to me.

I'm now stuck on the main quest and need to go back to doing the side quests. I'm at a part where I have to kill something but i don't think I'm high enough level.

I'm still yet to experience lag that everyone else is having on the PS3 version. I'm 90 hours into it and only had one major lag spike in Riften. Other than that, perfecto.

Two more acheivements to get, Oblivion Walker and Return the Theives guild to its former glory..

both look easy, just time consuming

Decided to spend more time in Blackreach in my second playthrough. Turns out it's 4 square miles, might be a while in there, although it is fun to make the dragon spawn and watch it burn the falmer that live there :D

I finally got this game and started on the weekend! Started out as a Dark Elf, and so far I've slayed a dragon just outside of Whiterun, found out that I'm Dragonborn so can do the shouty thing and been put in jail for setting a chicken on fire!
I've got the guide/walkthrough which is useful, but wondering if there's any tips for beginners or people that have recently started??

Aimlessly wander and I would strongly suggest against power boosting blacksmithing, enchanting, alchemy etc. as it makes it a lot more boring when none of the items you find will be an improvement on what you can make yourself, makes looting boss' chests less exciting :p
