Absolutely, the soundtrack and sound design made some of the setpieces brilliant. Loved the fight in the warehouse where the Poets of the Fall track kicks in over the top of the action.
 
Lost interest in it now I think. It was the original reason that I bought a Q6600

I'll wait until it comes out before writing it off completely. Hope it is good
 
As long as it's a half decent price I'll snag it on PC, it was superb on xbox and I'd love a replay in high res.

I do hope they make HD textures for it as well.

Textures are the same but Remedy say 4K texture surfaces on PC :eek: it will look better because of higher res (its only 540P on 360 upscaled to 720/1080P) & all the other extra graphical settings on PC ;)
 
I'll be buying this for sure, i have a 360 but i just dont use it as it doesnt compare to a PC, so i for one can't wait for this, id love Heavy Rain to come to PC also as i dont have a PS3 and will never buy one.
 
Not sure if everyone who is interested in this game also knows that Remedy are also the founders/owners of the 3D Mark benchmark company Futuremark :cool:
 
Old trash, how anyone can care about this is way beyond me. We were shafted back then and now its welcome. They won't get a penny from me just like Ubisoft won't. Game was only average way back when it first came out, far to repetitive.

All you have done in this thread is whine, If you honestly aren't buying the game or not interested in it why do you consist to bitch & moan?

Get over it Remedy are a small company that got offered a lot of money to put it on the 360 first. Hell that may have gave Remedy the breathing space to carry on making games in the future & not end up like other small companies either disbanded or on the verge of going bust.
 
Tenner or below then yeah that sounds about right, if they try and mug PC gamers with stupid pricing for a game pushing two years in age then forget that. Higher pricing for old game will just push people to piracy, especially since AW had no multi-player element.

Yeah I may be tempted to pay its value, which on the 360 in a bargain bucket would be about £4.99 new and sealed. So yeah £5 seems about right, I mean who would pay anymore when you can play it for a fiver.
 
I think a lot of people are getting typically ahead of themselves regarding the game. Just because it is finally coming to the PC doesn't equate to a super game. You're getting a good story and a world but that's about it. I just hope the folk in this thread aren't getting ahead of themselves on the expectations front.

The game wasn't at all demanding on the 360, and it'll be a walk in the park for virtually any dual core rig today. Just remember Barry = FAT LEGEND.

If I saw someone in the street getting mugged I would be the first to try and catch said mugger and help. Same applies here trying to stop people getting mugged. Which I have every right to do, same as you have every right to defend the game as much as you like. But lets try to stop personal attacks like bitching/moaning shall we as that is the lowest form of wit ;)
