right, just went to fire up battlefield to be met with this:
UAC isn't even running, so WTF?!
anyone know how to get around this?
Enable UAC and try.
Or Run Origin.exe as Administrator?
I hate that too, spend all your time taking out an air vehicle and they just jump back in it and it starts all over again
Sigh hackers and glitchers in this game are really starting to spoil it now. Just had a guy chain killing my team with ammo boxes for christ sake. DICE really need to get on top of this sort of garbage as its just a joke.

I did the same tried both on TFU, this sucked and left...

for a few days now since PB renewed certificates, this method on"http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=faq-generic.php" [evenbalance.com] worked quick and easy for me,
"Our services and drivers are digitally signed using Authenticode technology hosted by Verisign. Some users report having problems reliably reaching Verisign from time to time. Directly importing our certificate should resolve these issues. The best way to import our latest certificate (we sign with a different certificate each year) is to download our PBSVC tool, then use Windows Explorer to find the pbsvc.exe file where it was downloaded to your computer and right click, then choose properties. Click the Digital Signatures tab at the top of the form, highlight our signature (you should verify that it shows as signed by 'Even Balance, Inc.'), then click the 'Details' button. I've also got the problem of some servers working and some not, but can't try these fixed until tonight.

I was having some lag issues myself last night. Turns out Steam was downloading a 3.5gb patch for Men of War Assault Squad. So I suppose the obvious first question to ask when this kind of thing happens is what is Steam doing while I'm playing this game?

Could somebody suggest some good servers that have decent admins to keep the hackers out? I know there are a few in this thread but hunting through a 50k post thread is rather daunting....

There are a list of streaming servers on the bf3 EA forums too. Has all this PB non-sense been sorted yet? I haven't had the chance to load up a game for a while..

Stop with the rolling eyes, it was meant to be stacked as the admin told everyone on the server it was going to be us versus them!. It's not usually like that but a one off

One team contains TFU members, the other doesn't.
I spend a lot of time on WonkaWarriors and its well admined. Its not possible to keep them out 24/7 though.

Indeed. When the round started there was a lot of us (inlucding me) on the same side. Then a few more joined and we all teamed up for a round. I had to leave well before the end but glad to see we got the win.
Getting a game started here if anyone fancies it.
