I had my first Rage message last night, Some guy called me a B1tch for killing him as he was stuck in a tree :D

Just replied saying dont hide in trees next time lol.

Trying to play while the missus is uploading photos on facebook isnt great for your ping either :rolleyes: started off i couldnt hit a thing, untill she turned off.

Try and find someone using a motar, kill them and use the tool on it to do that but I'm guessing you already knew that. I got it off constantly doing kamikaze runs on LAVS etc until I found one more pre-occupied with my teammates to notice me zapping it.

Don't know if I was jammy, but I got this one pretty easily. Get a Tank disabled and just run up to the side and hope for the best, especially if you have teammates launching rockets too. You'll find the odd noob in a tank that wont get out when it's about to explode, and if they do, just repair tool them in the face :p

I dont consider staying in the tank noobish, its better to stay in and be killed than do what 90% of people do and jump out, if you do that when im dis-repairing your tank, then you'll get hijacked lol...

I've lost count of how many tanks I've stolen like this

noob was a bit harsh, I think the better tank drivers wont get themself in the position of the enemy getting close enough to start planting C4 / using their repair tool in the first place, or at least their gunner will take them out.
 
ive had that a couple of times.

Start killing the tank with a repair tool. so i just jump in and steal the tank.

On rush games where the enemy maybe only has 1 tank, if you can hold onto it , it becomes a real game changer.
 
I'm getting annoyed with people using the MAV to get up to places they shouldn't and then just sniping. Tehran Highway is particularly bad for it :mad:
I'm loving the M4 at the moment. Kills people proper fast :D
 
the MAV boosting has got that bad its impossible to play a game of Tehran highway now without having at least one sniper try and get up there.

I played today and 3 people on the other team were in the same building. They must have been in a squad as they just kept coming. That was until my squad got in a tank and took down the front of the building :D

the problem is that there are numerous invisible walls and such up there, as players were never supposed to be able to get up there.

Numerous times i've shot at people, and had nothing, not even hit markers.

I went up there myself for a game, and sure enough there are huge gaps in the middle of the highway that you can walk in mid air due to the invisible floors, and points where you can shoot at people and see no bullets come out of your gun due to these invisible walls.
 
Battlefield 3: how many times did you get killed by a USAS today?

So annoying when a firefight comes to a premature end at the hands of a USAS wielding n00b.

Ive done that one, ite the next assignment where you have to destroy a vehicle with a repair tool.

almost had one last night on a lav, it was on fire but someone hit it with a rocket.
 
How do I attach my cod eto my origin ID?

- Made an account on battlelog.battlefield.com
- I've gone into BF3, 2.07gb patch downloading in the background.
- redeemed my code and downloaded the online pass

at no point did it ask me to login to my origin details, so the online pass is no way attached to my profile, and no option to 'attach' my gamertag in the origin when logging into the site.

Oh the woes of being a newbie to battlefield :p

p.s. this patch is taking YONKS!
