Anyone in reading (Pangbourne), preferably near the RG8 area? How's the snow up there? Got to get from Basingstoke to Pangbourne tomorrow morning, not sure how bad the snow is up there?

Actually a bit coming down and even settling here in Southampton, will be gone by morning though if the BBC is correct, rain coming later in the night/morning.

Wow I'm shocked. It was raining and very wet a few hours ago it's now White. How the hell did it settle, oh well. Maybe day off work if lucky.

It's about an inch right now, still coming down at the moment. Forecast says heavy between 12-3am as well.

weve got 30mm on the cars and 20mm on the paths here in the Camberley/Farnborough area (paths were wet so it took a while to settle), still some fine stuff comming down but it wont add to the depth as its due to stop shortly

Still freezing rain here and it's absolutely frightening. I just took my bin to the end of my driveway and almost ended up sliding all the way back down my driveway and in the front door lol. Prompty went back out and attacked the ice with a large bag of table salt.

Be careful if you're planning on going out for a drive anytime soon around Stoke.
