i cant find a number for origin support i have had to send a email

i only had about 800 coins because i had just blown the lot on my teams which i posted here

also had benzema,inform soldado,falcoa,alonso ffs just typing this is making me angry :mad:
 
I am not really enjoying my Serie A team, kinda disappointed considering how much more they cost than the Frenchies I got rid of. I am not sold on Ibra at all seems a big lump and Pato and Robinho are just not my style at all. Considering selling, will lose abit to tax but not happy as a second team.

ive just changed the password to my hotmail account and web app account now just incase it is a scammer also canceled my paypal which was on xbox

thing is my xbox account is fine and logs in no probs

Jonny, The fact your accounts ok points me to the web app, Have you checked your emails to make sure there are no password reset emails ?

I would also adivise you to check your paypal to make sure nothings been purchased, Usually the culprits buy MSP for fifa packs.

Quite the opposite, I actually had my account taken back January, The buggers spent over £100 on 10,000 msp from my debit card, I did recieve it back, But i lost my silver premier league team and over 120,000 coins.

EA were quite good actually, They gave me just under 400,000 coins in compensation. The only problem was it took them nearly 3 weeks:cool:

paypal is ok so far passwords now changed

xbox gamertag ok password changed and all payment options removed

i think they changed my hotmail password but this was different to my fifa one

so not sure how they did it i also had the option to request password if signing in on another console
 
just come off the phone with ea and submitted a report says it may take them 2-3 weeks to investigate asses team value and refund any coins due

so until then i have to set up a new squad ffs i aint buying any more packs or points so any donations of dodgey players gratefully accepted

tim your ibra should waltz past my 55 bronze rated cb now with 50 pace lol
 
Put my Serie A team up for sale and so far I'm making a profit, not bad for a day turnaround, thought I was gonna be out of pocket. Made 5k on Ibra and IF Marchisio which should cover tax loss

thanks for the offer but ill decline as i just had a major stroke of luck

on my 2nd web app account which i use to try and lessen this hacking lark i had 23k in coins so thought may aswell blow them on packs and build a team from what i get

managed to pull a third inform nene

reckon he will net me just over 100k can build a team with that

my 2 boys who play a lot have donated me gareth bale , marcus bent and david silva

so reckon with the nene sale i can build a half decent team


barry i rang ea and they are gonna try sort it and refund me if i have been hacked

still cant work out whats happened or how

seems my hotmail must have been hacked has my password was changed i can only prosume from this they went to web app and used the forgot password and got a new one sent to that email

as my xbox is fine as it uses a different password and is locked to only that console paypal and xbox live both use different passwords
 
I didn't realise Carl Jenkinson is half Finnish, went to check his stats and was surprised by the Finland flag. Thought it was an EA mistake. :p

And Sonny I was more thinking of 10k fixed rate as opposed to 100% interest. I didn't want to offer 30-40k as tax would eat me and I dunno if I could trust this dude. No offence. :P
