The only thing the jets need is a bump in the accuracy of the guided missiles, apart from that they're grand, and so are the tanks.

The AA tank needs nerfed though.
 
Forgive me if this has already been posted. I haven't played in ages - decided to buy the Karkand pack in Origin, it added itself to the main game (I think).

When I start the game it says "Update Needed", briefly shows about 4gb that need to be downloaded, then zips straight up to 100%, unfortunately when I run the game it just says the same and goes round in a circle.

Everyone with similar issue on Google, says repair the install (which I've done several times), but no joy - any ideas please?

I dont agree, in the end it all comes down to teamwork for example

A lone tank with one driver will rarely last 5 minutes before being blown up

A lone soldier will not last 5 minutes in the proximity of a tank

A fully manned tank is very powerful and will dominate id unchallenged

A fully manned squad is just as powerful and will take out a tabk in a matter of seconds

Its all teamwork really
 
Been working on burst fire most of the day and managed to get about 2 bottles of BOOST down me and then had a game.

Don't need to burst with m16 once u learn the recoil (which is hardly anything) u can kill at long range with full auto!

Arguably the best weapon in the game, great up close with red dot/holo. Whack a scope on it and it makes a great medium range sniper rifle.
 
I use kobra foregrip flash suppressor / silencer for hardcore! Kobra I can track aim a lot better and easier for headshots!
 
sorry but i agree with people who just use tanks every round why do you think they do it ;) i know a chap i used to play promod with. he does exactly same. im great in a tank who isnt :D . yet get him on foot absolutely garbage player and yet the stats on his pg make him look decent even though 99 percent of it is just from tank kills.

reason the people use tanks everymap

its because one its hc damage so anything on anyone equals a kill

you can if unlocked most things take down pretty much any thing and still take more than one hit unlike on foot where you are dead.

it is less skillful than on foot and thats why your stats or anyone who tank whores shows this.

i dont even include people stats with tanks. (ask yourself would they get 50-1 on foot = no) that is why they tank whore and no other reason.

also if you play leagues or ladders 99 percent wouldnt even use a tank .

also watch the maps and teams watch how they play ;) playing for stats . theyll often pick strong team which they can dominate on :) also pick the best maps where tanks make the most impact.
 
The only time i struggle against tanks is on rush, where the tank is defending an mcom in some position that makes it very hard to flank them, and you yourself don't have any sort of tank or vehicle because of the way rush works.

I saw one guy go 20-1 in the space of about 5 minutes defending the Mcom near the bridge crossing on Karkand. He was just sat on the bridge in-between the two train carriages mulling anybody that got near him, and you couldn't flank round the back of him due to the water, and going into the water to get out on the other side would take you out of bounds.

Look at the clan base nations cup, each country has a specific person chosen for their prowess with a particular vehicle - jet / heli / tank etc... and every single one of them plays for major clans. If you aren't going to use the vehicles you may as well play team death match.
