Hi all ive just done a benchmark on all 4 of my hard drives... As you can see from below the 1st one is my Crucial M4 128gb SSD, the 2nd and 3rd are Samsung F4 2tb's. All 3 of these are plugged directly into the motherboard sata ports (The SSD is in the 6gbs one). The last drive on the list is also a Samsung F4 2tb but is plugged into a external usb3 caddy...

Can anyone tell me if the speed are ok for these as im not 100% sure myself..

Many thanks..

Now im really stuck..... You can see that the C: D: & E: drives are plugged into the sata ports on the MB.
I have the H: plugged into an external USB3 caddy which is plugged into the USB3 port on the back of my Gigabyte GA-Z68XP UD3..
The last 2 pictures of the H: drive show the caddys drive in the device properties to QUICK REMOVAL (DEFAULT) which is the 4th picture down and then BETTER PEFORMANCE which is the 5th picture....
I am having really bad write speeds on this which show on the graph and I have no idea on what is causing this problem..

So really what I am asking is, is my speeds ok on all drives? Any idea what could be causing problems on the external??

Thanks Guys...

Yea but I was worried about the inconsistent 'Write' speeds on the USB3 External one...

As you can see it has some major crops sometimes , just seems to hang there..

As you can see from the 142077 to 3194 to 2152 then back to 141168, then further down back to 8464 then back higher...

Are you using the lastest Etron USB 3.0 Driver (Version 105)

Direct Link to windows 7 64bit driver here
http://download.gigabyte.eu/FileList/Driver/motherboard_driver_etron_usb3.exe

I think I love you... lol...

I didnt have the Etron usb driver installed anyway, i just used the update drivers from internet option in the past and Etron was never an option and ive just checked on the MB disc and its not even on there....

Does this now look better... It does in my eyes...

I thought maybe because it was on Usb port that it was slow, its best to look on mb website amd install all the latest drivers, the usb3 driver would be on there, those figures are spot on now, that's what I'm getting with same drive installed internally
