Reallocated sectors on Samsung Spinpoint F3

Hi all, I have been through three different hard drives since July, it would appear that for some reason I keep getting Reallocated sectors according to HD Tune - seems to get progressively worse.

For example I have a samsung spinpoint F3 1TB (firmware version 1AJ10001) that is only about a month old, so far it has 9 reallocated event counts, is this normal - I swapped everything out when I got it, SATA cable, changed port etc. The PC I have is the Titan Spinosaur. My fear is that the HDD is degrading the way the others have (Originally had an OCZ SSD and have had another Spinpoint F3) I have 2 500GB WD drives set up on RAID 0 on the other ports (using the marvell software GSATA) and have had no issues there.

The PC is used for gaming and to download games off origin / steam etc.

Any ideas guys :(

Thanks

How long have you had the system?

Does it use one of the early B2 P67 Sandy Bridge motherboards which have potentially faulty Intel SATA 2 ports?

If in doubt download CPU-Z and see what revision it says on the motherboard tab, B2 or B3.

Hmm, I'm at a loss, cant figure our why the other drives are fine and this isnt, havent had any issues with the optical drives either.
