Can't see much, doesn't the LG UI have different theme settings?
Ah OK, the bottom one could be a T-Mobile US version? (see T-Mobile G2X vs Optimus 2X)
Strange to release a US specific phone at MWC though and the G2X had stock gingerbread, icons and all.
Maybe the new ICS UI can be themed?
You're forgetting that people want apps, the whole reason ~75% of Blackberry users are wanting to switch is because they're unhappy with the service and the lack of apps according to the news I heard on the radio over the last few weeks. Symbian is even worse?
Cross talk between apps on your Mac or PC wirelessly and being able to control file around a network seamlessly possible on Symbian? Also are you able to control your smart TV sets or bluRay players with a remote app etc?
Edit*
There appear to be some apps that serve some of these functions, not really spoiled for choice though.
I think his point was that not everyone wants needs a huge range of apps many of which are not that useful. I agree iOS and Android are way ahead on apps but that doesn't mean they will stay that way.
There are people that value other things over smooth OS and lots of apps. Battery life and camera being big ones.
The odd thing Nokia have done (if rumour is true) is putting this camera into a symbian device rather than a WP one when they have pulled the plug on symbian.
They still make a dump load of new Symbian phones. Although they'll probably start replacing stuff like the 500, 600 etc with WP Tango devices this year, high end Apollo phones are slated for next year.
First press shot of the HTC One X, with that dull 2010 design.

Do I spot a translucent status bar on the new ICS SenseUI?!
Indeed but it's pretty clear more people prefer features, a smooth OS and compatibility and freedom of choice in vast quantities (20 million SGS 2 phones in 10 months confirms most of this!) instead of just a better camera or battery life, battery life is much of a muchness across the board anyway at the moment as far as powerhouse smartphones go.
Dreadful.
Back on topic, have any Android devices been announced in this years MWC that have a proper flash?
Dreadful.
*cough* Razr MaxxDo I spot a translucent status bar on the new ICS SenseUI?!
