When you get ritual you just cast one at the beginning and everyone can help themselves but thats mid 70s i think. Im really tempted to start another mage simply because theyre so much fun but must finish up my rogue!

So satisfying completeing them all before they were nerfed and made pre-school difficulty
I remember at one point one of them took us around 6 hours lol, all fresh 85's green/blue gear from non HC's lol. From what I gather healing was quite difficult, absolutely despised Priest healers at this point as they just couldn't keep a tank up, pref healer was pala.Remember saying on more than one ocassion CC and the reply being "wut?" then realised wow was an arcade slasher
I'll probs still have a look at pandaland when it's released but my gear's gonna be poop
Last thing I did before quitting was a few LFR and getting some gear from the new dungeons.

you're talking about cataclysm being difficult? haha. you need some perspective.

Cata heroics on release before blizzard nerfed the mechanics back to aoe spam of wrath were as hard as any dungeon content wow has released. With gear scaling being too fast and them getting nerfed when most couldn't manage it it didn't last too long but while it did (which is what he is talking about) it was extremely tough.

I couldn't heal on my druid until I had ran it as boomkin many times and had almost full 346 HC gear. SFK and Deadmines are still awful depending on the group you get.
Guess I just didn't know how to play
WoW isn't the game it once was when it comes to difficulty. There are still hard aspects of it but generally it is easier.
It does generally end up being a case of people being bad and incapable of doing simple things more than anything though. I've been left genuinely disturbed by the amount of people who fail at incredibly simple things over the years.

Think I've only got a few bits and pieces from the dungeons and a coupla bits from LFR. Played a Dk Tank and SV Hunter and then a bear on and off, all have half decent gear from FL normals and the like but unfortunatley the guild I was in kinda fell apart, joined another guild when they were looking for more for their 2nd raid group but that also appeared to fall to pieces
I dont even think I had all my VP/JP gear on all chars lol got bored as **** of doing dailies and stuff.
Only a handfull of people playing wow now that I played with not enough to raid and it was just for a laugh most of the time, were all normally on vent/steam/msn and stuff so no major loss. Got to a stage I was playing more for the people than the game tbh
Never could work out MM hunter tho, always seemed I could outdps most hunters on the server while I was in SV mode lol

SWTOR is apparently just about dead in the water now. Most of the servers are starting to become empty.
I have to say, it didn't last long.

SWTOR actually got me back into WoW which I'm sure wasn't the plan

Indeed, I'm sure the same was true for a lot of people. I found myself thinking about WoW a lot when playing it, as did many of my friends.
The server populations have really crashed now and once people leave, it's really difficult to bring them back, especially with Diablo 3 out relatively soon which will draw even more people back to Battle.net, same for the Starcraft expansion.
It will be interesting to see how even this does against wow
Though they have the ultimate card in their own hand that if its a battle between the 2 they could just pull the plug on future wow dev.
