I've just done the same and I don't see anything out of the ordinary for a forum like this.

I'd be asking her why she said something so disrespectful, if she does nothing to make amends then I don't see much of a basis for a relationship here. Sorry.
 
If you stay with her, you have no self respect. It's all well and good her finding other men physically attractive, that's human nature. We all find other people attractive in addition to the person we're in a long term relationship with. But the fact she's come out and said she finds this guy more attractive than you and the fact she knows him personally as well is not cool. It means she likes him more than just a bit of eye candy, thank heavens she doesn't know Brad Pitt, me or whoever else it is women find most attractive these days

If you end it though, sever all ties. Because if she then goes and gets with him, knowledge of that will eat away at you. You will need to be a mans man and get back out on the prowl meeting new ladies with your mates so you've got something to divert your attention.
