I get a 6 pack of Sugarfree redbull on Saturday morning and it can be gone by Monday. 
I have a problem, I work night shifts. But I honestly just think I've gotten into a habit of drinking it.
I am attempting to cut it out completely now. FYI I just drank my last can from Saturdays shopping. So yeah. A good time to start.
Ordered myself some super multivitamins(alpha men) and Mega green tea extract. Going to drink **** loads of water and green tea, And have a cup of coffee at work. 40p for a cup, instead of 1.40 per can (or £5 for a 6pack) of red bull. I train in the gym 3 times a week, and my job is heavy on the cardio.
So definitely need to drop the redbull and start on some alternative things... LIKE WATER
