Urban Dead (Browser based zombie apocalypse)

Okay, then we'll definitely need a strike team to clear it out. 2 or 3 zombie hunters for preference, plus one person with a toolbox and construction, and hopefully a genny and fuel as well. Ideally, at least one of the zombie hunters should also have a toolbox, just in case the zeds are easy to clear out.

The best way to do this is to wait until everybody has full AP, and have everybody on AIM (or similar) for instant communication. The shooters should go in first and clear and dump the zeds; once that's done, they should signal the all-clear and the builder will come in and fix and 'cade the building. If the shooter(s) with a toolbox still have APs after the zeds are cleared, obviously they should repair and 'cade immediately. We can't count on that, however.

I have AIM, MSN, Yahoo, and Google Chat, so I can help coordinate if any of the strike team only have one of those. I'm also well-armed and carrying a toolbox at the moment; right now I have 15 AP. I'd like to be on the strike team, but if there are enough people ready to go before I am, that's fine too.

Who's properly equipped and skilled for this?

Count me in. Fully skilled, toolbox, plenty of ammo. Just need a bit more ammo. Will move down to Herman now.

If you're dead around Darvall, move to the cemetery next to St. Isidore's church, it's been our designated revive point since forever... and it's very close to the Herman NT building. Post your profile link and coordinates here and you'll probably get a faster revive than using the DEM revive request tool.

I wont be able to get up and over there until I recover some AP. But I'll make my way there tomorrow morning.

It occurs to me that we should be prepared for the event that we do, in fact, manage to reclaim Latrobe tomorrow.

Devrij raised a very good point, in that if we take Latrobe and then wait, the zeds will know we're moving to retake Caiger. So, this is what I propose:

Assuming we reclaim, repair, power and 'cade up Latrobe successfully - everyone in the area save two or three Necrotech employees should move on Caiger immediately. We blitz it - with any luck, it'll still be about as empty as it has been, and we can clear it quickly and try to repair each corner. If you have a toolbox, repair a corner, then move on to another one - let the others barricade. Keep in mind that, as the mall has likely been ruined for a while, it'll probably cost extra AP to repair. The designated Necrotech employees (looking for volunteers here) should move into Latrobe and stock up on syringes. Be prepared to revive people who die.

We'll want to barricade the mall as much as possible. Use one of the neighboring buildings - Pagram Library was traditional - as the entry point if the mall is 'caded too much to enter.

Thoughts? Again, this is just what I'm proposing. While I'd love to have an organized strike on the mall, if we wait to regain our AP and restock on ammo after reclaiming Latrobe, we will face heavier opposition.

I'm at Salopia Row still. Human again but lying down to recover AP (32 points at the mo). Can see:

Salopia Row: 2 Zombies
Latrobe: 1 Zombie
SE Caiger: 1 Zombie

Got one clip I think and then my trusty fireaxe. Haven't got a toolkit but can barricade if need be

Im in at the Herman building with a few others. Have a toolbox, fuel, med kits, dna extractor and a revive syringe. have got some ammo aswell.

Misread that as Hearne building so decided to get up and move there. Gave the Z at Latrobe a good beating, down to 30hp on health i think and moved there. Its VSB at the moment and i'm the only one about, free-ran to Sweeney building just below which is VHB. about 8-9 zombies around Caiger from what I quickly saw.

Operation Caiger may take a bit longer than I anticipated. I'm back alive and safely inside the Herman Building. I'm going to fall back and restock on ammo. Next time I'll be a little more conservative in my attack strategy.

I'm all for blitzing both. We are, after all, one of the most powerful groups in malton. Besides, it'll be more fun trying to hold 5 buildings.

Okay, we have Latrobe at ehb and I took se caiger but only have it quite strongly barricaded and am out of ap. We need generators, fuel and barricades up asap.

Also, there's only 1z in either north corner, but sw has 3. Pagram is repaired, Latrobe is empty but secure for now. Neither are powered.
