Ubisoft sink to a new low with Ghost Recon Future Soldier

Do we have to wait 20 years for it to be acceptable or something? (if its the Bin Laden thing?), no different than WW2 games imo.

Not that it matters, GR died out ages ago, first game was awesome, GRAW was trash in comparison.

Not surprised, Ghost Recon 1 was good and two had it's moments. Got into Ghost Recon Online beta. The game graphically looks like I'm playing on a PS2. Gun's feel horrible and the cover system just does not work well.

Dunno, it looks like it might be fun, I think the commentator is not doing the game any favours though.

The commentator is from a show called "future weapons" which each episode takes a new weapon and goes through its pros and cons etc. He talks like that all the way through. Can be quite a good program if that sorta stuff interests you, that is of course assuming you can get over his big fat head and his stupid arrogant voice. What a *****.

"Obama orders to take down the most hunted man in history..."

What? More so than Hitler for example? Talk about over the top... And whats it got to do with scripted arcadey new Ghost Recon anyway...

No different to BF3 and the anti-Iran, nuke angle.

The military industrial complex and war is a profitable industry for those involved so no surprise they make games to promote more of it.

The main problem I have with this game is that Ubisoft is involved.
For this reason, it will be disasterous.

(I do love posting anti-Ubisoft comments :D )

Am I the only person that really enjoys the over the top approach these games have now?

Its the same reason I watch films like Armageddon or The Rock. These aren't simulators or claim to be ultra realistic. They are pop corn gaming at there best and I dont think you should let it bother you.

Its the big brother rule isn't it? If you dont like it move along and dont acknowledge it. Sitting there and steaming whilst watching it only serves to drive you up the wall.
