Well i've finally managed to kick my habit, after trying a few times in the past & failing, this time came up with a new plan to help me.
I went cold turkey, no patches ect this time as they keep ya addiction going, hence why i failed in the past, it's 2 days of living hell once that was over it got easier day by day now onto my 2nd week and hardly have any craving anymore, so well on the way to being a non smoker now.
Each day im saving £6.57 as that what i was spending on Smokes, as i use to smoke 20 a day, so that me saving £183.96 per month now.
I now no longer smell of smoke, nor do i have yellow stained fingers.
Can now smell smoke on other smokers & basically it stinks which is a good reason not to start again.
The only downsides atm are i feel constantly tired & want to scoff still, but that due to my blood sugar still being all over the show atm, which should sort itself out soon.
So yeah looks like im never going to be a smoker again now, i now feel healthier & the £184 per month i was spending on cigs will go into my savings.
