How could it be the cooler, do u mean it could be seated improperly or not screwed down tight enough. /QUOTE]
It might be a case of a cooler not making proper contact with the chip
got my new 570 today (while my 580 is in for repair) and it idles around 35, full load 65-68. The 560ti 448 is the same board and chip with some gubbinses disabled. Mine is however a MSi Twinfrozr iii Power Edition (factory overclocked)
Is th 570 twinfroz quiet?
it's supposed to be until it reaches high temps
found something very strange out , if i just have my main 23 in lg monitor plugged in via dvi on its own the temps are as they should be (to be precise they are 4 degrees higher than normal), but if i have my samsung 32inch tv plugged in via the a hdmi cable or a dvi cable (tried both) at the same time the temps go up an extra 20 -25c, im stumped, any no y this is happening?
does any1 else get ran out of memory on your gpu message on battlefield, i guess ill just have to use high settings instead of ultra, unless there is a fix
