so im looking at the parts i want for my build,
im going to be running 3 monitors so was looking at AMD cards as these support 3 screens on a single card.
so i can get a 7970 and full cover block for arround £500,
but my question is with all the new cards getting released this week and next week is this the best option or is there a better card on the horizon.

i was thinking the same but have heard its unlikley kelper weill support 3 screens unless going SLI
Then there's the new 3D Vision Surround, bolstered by a redesigned display logic, which addresses the two-display limitation of NVIDIA GPUs. You can now connect as many as four monitors to a GeForce Kepler GPU, enabling 3-monitor HD 3D Vision Surround setups. You no longer need more than one GeForce GPU to connect more than two monitors.

Those who have pre-release cards have confirmed it can drive three-screen Nvidia surround from a single card. There have even been benchmarks.

exellent, many thanks for all your advice.
i will wait and see what pans out.
hopefully waterblocks wont take to long to come out

is that the most kelper will have,
i am trying to avoid crossfire / SLI due to the problems that can come with,
