Who is addicted to TF2?

Used to play all the time but went off it a bit when they went free to play and had too many achievements and allowed purchasing of weapons and hats...... (don't get me started on hats)

You can purchase weapons and hats through steam... ruined the game in my opinion it was a nice game and then valve turned it into a cash cow.

Yes, but hats do nothing at all and the weapons are not purchase only, you can craft + find them, so theres nothing wrong with it -_-

I love TF2, if only because I sold a single virtual hat for cash which paid way for my new pc (in signature).

The hat in question being a Burning Team Captain (the most expensive hat in the game).

I haven't played much TF2 as of late, as i've grown to lose interest what with the lack of gameplay change. It seems valve seems to care more to add more aesthetics to the game. I do have 1,100+ hours logged on the game, despite my recent change of opinion on the game.

I do have a rather interesting backpack though.

I remember playing TFC on a 28.8k modem !!! and Day of Defeat when it was being developed. That was an awesome game

I loved TF2, but then it went hat crazy... totally lost interest when it lent itself more to screwing around being daft than playing :-(

I love TF2, the humour, gameplay etc .. just can't face the hats/alt weaps :-(

The hats and alt weapons only add to the game, All weapons can be easily crafted for free and the hats can be found or traded if you want, you don't have to pay for anything, paying never puts you at an advantage

And it's past 12 now, I wonder when 5ub will be deciding
