What had you achieved by 26?

GCSE's, A levels(well redoing them because I got rubbish results last year.)

Really think I should do more but looking at the amount of work I have to do, I will have to leave it till the summer, 13 week holiday awaits me.:D

30

Married, 2 kids, 3rd on the way, house (well mortgage, but a good chunk paid off), fairly good job, degree.

<<insert Not Bad / Close Enough meme>>

I seem to have slowed down now but by 26 I had done...

College and uni
Had my own market stall
Opened 6 mobile phone shops in my local area
Engaged
Bought a house to renovate and sold it on (done 4 more since)
Bit of travelling

I'm 31, but by 26 I had my first property and a mortgage.
Had to live at my mothers and save for ages to get it, but it was well worth it.

I'll have it paid off before my 38th birthday too. There are many people in my area that can say that.

Degree
PhD
Developed a test for a blood disease which is still used in hospitals apparently
Married
Bought a house
Karate black belt (I wasn't a world champion though. Or any kind of champion) :)
5 parachute jumps (static line - all for charity and to beat my fear of heights)

Let's see, er:

I had my first degree, with not a great grade (2:2 in an MMath)
Had worked for some years, with published 3 published game credits
Had just bought my own home
Had a few relationships
Owned my own car
Been paragliding and rock climbing

Nothing of fantastic note, really.

edit Forgot one: I had learned what the word 'ignorant' means.
