There are TONS of videos on youtube, go there.
As for how good the game looks, that is for you to decide, not other people.

Also performance of the game doesn't mean much on other people's hardware, some people with the same (or similar spec) gpu/cpu have vastly different frame-rates, this could all be down to drivers, settings, etc etc.
Some with low end ones can run it fine, some with top end GPUs are having problems staying in double digits in a battle, but as with a lot of things there's so many different setups to account for and it could be anything.

Not to mention the fact that some people are using programs like Fraps to record the footage, which in itself can give a significant performance hit if not set-up correctly.

Oh yeah of course, I read that fraps was causing more performance hit than you'd expect to other games, but I'm talking purerly non fraps perf.

i saw the theift/dnamic event video above and watched the whole thing and i am hyped up to the max
 
The best part of this game from what I've sen so far, imo, is the solid kinetic feedback and quality of animations in combat - and they're not even finished!
