Application to tell me what is using bandwidth

Something is using all my Internet bandwidth and I don't know what it is.

Does such a program exsist that can tell me what is using it?

Zone alarm used to, but I don't think it does any more. I don't think it's windows update

Resource monitor can log network bandwidth on a per application basis.

Resource monitor button comes up if you bring up the task manager and go to Performance (afk so from memory).

It's not always useful as it can be a generic windows service that is actually doing the network communication but it might help you before you start buying third party apps.
