Abu Hamza extradition backed by European Court

I sense some kind of an appeal via the human rights courts coming up which will of course be fully funded by the British tax payer. It would be far cheaper in the long run to get some MI6 agents to simply put a bullet in his head.

That was the European Court of Human Rights that ruled.

About bloody time, although why!?! we have to defer to those bunch of (insert choice expletives) in any case is stupid, bullet to the head of them all would have bolstered english moral and been entertaining to the masses, whilst only costing a fraction of his incarceration......

Can't say I agree with this, it will just open the gates to extradite more people to the US, despite their crimes being committed in the UK.

I think it is disgraceful. Extraditing people just because they are criminals and terrorists.....

They should be given large taxpayer funded housing, have their living expenses funded and be allowed, nay, encouraged to spread their dissention and hatred....

Freedom of speech and the right to be offensive and all that jazz.....

Indeed.....

:p:D

Seriously though good riddance to the hook handed ****...hope he rots in prison for the rest of life.

I don't mean to sound stupid, but why are they being extradited to the USA? As far as I can see, these guys are British citizens whose alleged crimes were committed in the UK.

EDIT: I think I see...

As i have said before, too many goody goody people in this country spurting out rubbish human rights for all when a lot like the islamic hooked moron can get away with anything!! If you break the law, your human rights should be halved at least!

Good.

One of the biggest parts of the HR laws that I disagree with is the whole "we don't extradite people to be tortured". I'm afraid I just don't think it's our problem. If the destination country is so bad, we shouldn't have the agreement in place in the first place.

Yep, especially ones as one-sided as our agreements with the US.

I think Abu Hamza is a loathsome individual however I think we as a country should be ashamed of ourselves if we allow his extradition to the US.

If he is convicted in the US (and I don't think he will get a fair trial) then he will be sentenced to imprisonment in solitary confinement. We won't deport people for far less so why is this acceptable?

Human rights apply to everyone - even the most despicable creatures.
