Perhaps. But Kenneth Waltz, along with realism and neorealism, were utterly discredited by the end of the cold war and 9/11. If the cold war was bipolar, and we are today living under the unipolarity of the United States, I would argue that there is much more 'stability' today, than there was before 1989-91.

Yeah, just the 4 (BPT) of us on the ground at the time the Russians moved into the Airport. We were told to not engage under any circumstances. Simply observe and withdraw at the first sign of contact.

Russia and china are support iran also syria plus usa or western have to careful cos iran is one of oil rich so if attack then it will damage to world ecomony include oil price as well.. So leave the war out, need sort it out each others but it wont be easy
