Not baseless, i gave you my reason and someone else had the same opinion as me a few comments up. Just looked too plastic and toylike. It was the colour/shape of the back and the weird texture it just looks bad imo.

Its a de-rail anyway lets get back on track. I am really hoping this new phone will be something special as my upgrade is due on 24/04 so be nice to get a really sweet phone to replace my desire.

Have to admit am a little worried about all the talk of multiple phones and budget versions etc, dont want to upgrade to have the flagship come out a month later or something lol.
 
Personal opinions on design aside I do hope Sammy have something nice in store for us. Bar the s2 there weren't many other great phones out last year, competition is good and I'd hate to see the mobile market mirror the cpu one.
 
I'm surprised that Samsung have managed to keep this a secret for so long. I doubt that Samsung would cause so much hype if it wasn't that good, and since Intratech has said that this will be his next phone, it is bound to be the phone of our dreams.

We need to be ready with our credit cards because this phone is going to sell out fast :(

There's been lots of things which has plenty of hype but ended up being ****, see: Battlefield 3 :p

I just want it to be revealed so I can finally decided whether to get the One X or not.

Don't worry I've been confused about it all from the beginning of the thread...

I noticed that intratech said he something about the next galaxy "device" so not necessarily a phone at all. But what do I know....

I just hope it's something about the s3 or whatever the replacement for the s2 is going to be.

Since I'm hoping it get a new phone soon and would rather not pay out for an s2 if there is a new model being released...
 
So it's basically the SGS3, but it's not called the SGS3, it's called "The Next galaxy", like the iPad was called "The new iPad"?

Oh god I'm just confusing myself more. Kill me.
 
nah samsung does not play like that.. the only thing i can see them doing is making a competitor for one s and a top end phone to compete with one x :O and really now its the right time to get the new top end samsung out as people are bored of waiting and are going to htc which is not a good thing.. ?!

Oh dear. :p

What exactly are you expecting? I think people might be a bit disappointed because even with all of the best available technology (most - if not all - of which we know about), it's not going to be anything like a 'phone of our dreams', just a solid upgrade to the Galaxy S II.

As for Intratech, he'd be getting it anyway most likely. :D

I agree. i mean what can it do spec wise to beat the One X? 6 cores? 100gb internal storage? :P
