Ivy Bridge Launch Schedule Leaked

Doesn't say how hot it was running at that 4.9Ghz OC :/

not sure if you noticed but 1.52 volts? - damn that thing will cook. What have they been saying 1.3 is the highest a lot of people can go (or was it 1.34?) ... meaning without mega cooling. Cant imagine what they are using for 1.52 (assuming the preview reviews were correct).

Ivy is out on the 29th, my guess is that this review was done a while ago and was just published today whenNDA ended

Probably would explain the really high vcore as well if it was a ES instead of retail since it doesn't state if it's retail if I read it correctly? OCuk have already been doing testing :p If you read the first post on Gibbo's so whose buying Ivy Bridge? He explains a little bit.

Was looking forward to reading reviews today, maybe get they'll go online at 9am or midday

funny that review got taken down - nda must still be up ... must have the intel police looking out.

Gibbo gave a hint at potential OC capabilities in his poll thread - leands me to believe that OC vs OC we are close SB vs IB.

IB is more efficeint clock wise par say a 4.6Ghz clock on a i7 IB chip is the equivilant of a 4.9Ghz clock on a i7 SB chip. IB wasn't really meant to be that great a step of performance though the die size has shrunk a massive 10nm...
