Yeh, im only interested in the 3770k, no dual core for me. Still, i'd like to know the pricing before hand...

April 29th for the chips that most people on here would want is what every ones been saying anyway i think? z77 at April 8th is cool though....

Well, I think there's not much to say about the CPUs themselves. We have the 3570K replacement for the 2500K and the 3770K replacement for the 2700K. Other than that there's others that will slip into the current Sandy Bridge line-up at the various price points, but they'll have little impact.
It's the motherboards that we'll all be choosing from. However the problem is how do we tell what boards are good at overclocking with NDA being on the CPUs still. However I imagine Sandy Bridge parts will overclock well on boards that overclock Ivy Bridge parts...

excellent news still a shame we have to wait a whole more month more just to see them released, but I guess with all the Z77 mobos appearing it should pass the time quickly

I hope there be enough initial supply of these chips , and Z77 boards , Iv been itching my fingers , every time a daily deal gets posted for 2500k "s n 2700k "s , as iv missed sandybridge out , feels like trying to stop reaching for a fag , when u just quit .

Will be looking at getting one of these, should be a good jump from phenom ii x6 at 4ghz.

I guess we'll need to wait for the reviews to find out, I really hope they are good as I need a new pc!

They will be better at stock... Either way, will probably be a lot of Sandybridge chips appearing on Auction sites so you can always pick up one of those to build a new system.
It's only one more month to wait until the reviews will be posted. Another month to save up - or be brave and buy everything but the CPU and wait until the 29th (considering the Z77 motherboards will be out shortly).
