As for health concerns, so long as it's a one off, frankly I doubt you're going to have any issues. Biggest issue would be what comes out the other end....
I'm not sure about the steady constant eating though. 5 hours is a long time, the amount of time most people have between 2 meals, so I think it would be good to nom through half, then walk about and stuff for 3 hours, then go back for a second half later on.
How many calories is that in total? I remember in the US I had one huge burger full of.. well, pretty much everything, and it came to a total of nearly 3000 calories. I finished the lot... and nearly died afterwards.
Tbh, I would rage UN. Marathon and would have a much better chance of finishing one than eating tHat ****. It's a challenge even to eat a single mcD burger.
