Basically, I might need some new alloys. Somewhere between last MOT/service/new set of tyres last March to June last year to my latest MOT a few weeks ago, the front right alloy has suffered an "impact damage", a slight buckle on the inner side says the MOT guy. It's was probably from a pot hole but I never knew it was there as you can't see it from the outside and the car doesn't wobble or vibrate. It could've been there for months for all I know. However it wasn't even an MOT failure or even advisory either, the car passed with zero advisory.
The other three alloys isn't perfect or mint, last driver was left it with a few scuff marks on both front wheels and slight marks on the back from kerbs. So I might take this opportunity to get them fixed and I have looked into having them all refurb. I got a quote from that place in Kent, the one that Phate asked in a thread about, for the amount of £285 + VAT. It will take 3 days so I will need to leave the car there for the week and train back home and down again. I figure after petrol and train fares plus food for 2 days it will set me back a good £500 easy to have them refurb. They have a branch in Swindon too but it is still a good 2 hours away from my house and it doesn't change the train fare too much, might save me £20 in petrol at most.
The other option is getting a single new Alloy that matches. Searched eBay, nothing. Phoned Toyota, quoted £300 for a single one and leaving the other 3 untouched. Or replace the 2 worst scuff ones at the front for £600. The dealer is local so it will be one in an hour or so I guess
3rd option is get a new set of alloys, but this I have no idea about as I don't know what make is good or even what spec to get, all I know is 17" and no idea on the other measurements to look out for. Here is a photo of the car in side view, feel free to photoshop some alloys on to see what it looks like. If this isn't too expensive then I might look into this more.

4th option. Do nothing since it doesn't affect the feel of the car or safety. However the OCD side of me want to get it fixed.
Option 5 - Get a quote for refub from somewhere local.
-------------
In short:
Option 1 will be £500 for 4 refurbed alloys
Option 2 will be £300 for 1 (£600 to replace 2 front ones where most of the scruffs are). Local from me.
Option 3 will $$$?
Option 4 - nothing...but that bugs me.
Option 5 - find somewhere local that does refurb (will look into this)
I guess Option 5 would be first thing to do now, but if that comes back too expensive or not viable due to nothing local etc, what should I do?
