I could never seem to get into it to start off with so never really played it for more than a couple of hours from the start.

Maybe I should give it another chance to fill the time till D3.

I un-installed mine already so wouldn't matter either way.

There really is only so much you can play the first section of the first act before you start to spoil it for yourself. Especially considering you will have to go through it again once the game is out.

Try going back to D2 now after playing the beta. You seriously start to appreciate all the changes.

You've probably had beta for a while then! Blizzard recently handed out 275,000 keys.

Everybody I guess, although you have to complete it on normal first from what I recall.

It wasn't there at all for the open beta for me, only shows up when you have proper beta access. It is just strange timing but you have access to the proper beta at the same time as the open one started. One of the last to get access I'm guessing.

It appears I have the collector's edition on the way. So definitely going to be playing this game now, wasn't sure before as I didn't know where I was going to get time from, but as I've had silly expensive version bought for me, I'm sure the time will appear nicely

I hope retailers dispatch nice and early, it's not like people are going to be jumping the gun and playing early without the servers being available.

It would be nice to be all installed and ready for the first day do we can start enjoy all those error messages right away.

I'd put a wager on a day one server crash/overload, such as what we seen over weekend just gone

Well hopefully, they've learnt what they needed to from the stress test. And it'll be on the regional servers, not just the US ones.

I suspect there might be some teething problems.. but hopefully we can still all play on that Tuesday.

having multiple servers will probably help the issue quite a bit, and I'm sure they found most of the problems during the weekend. I'm also sure that as always when putting new servers live, there will be some teething problems, but I'm not expecting anything close to what happened during open beta

That was a bit of a failure for people trying to play the game, but I'm sure they're glad they did it
