As long as she's not drunk, because then they cannot consent to sex. What happens if she dies from an alcohol overdose, is it ok within the 6 hour window or is it still rape??

It's a minefield!
 
No single story in all my days has had me laughing this much whilst entering a thread & typing my reply, Kudos to the OP the story & the poor old dead wives. :p
