from MAIL, not conclusive really I personally doubt its validity as its seems to extreme even for religious nuts.

It has simply been repeated by several News outlets as they pick up the AP... Equally there have been several rebuttals, some of which are also picked up off the AP. It is interesting that the rebuttals are now being picked up by the same News sources that ran with the initial story.....that shpuld tell you something about the validity of the initial claims.

The story is most likely to be one that is ideologically fabricated to create just the reaction that we have seen, I would not be too surprised if some Islamist has attempted or is attempting to present such a motion, but that is a long way from what some where claiming was a cut and dried fact.....
