Cannot wait for this!
Just a quick question though. I've ordered the collectors edition and it says something about Blu-ray. Just to double check, am I going to need to get a Blu-ray player to install? As I dont want to be left on the 14/15th with a game I can't play haha!
 
Whew just got threw all 96 pages (at work) ;)

It was amusing looking at all the posts from '09 predicting release. I especially liked the posts from 5/15/11 :)

Anyways new to the forums - hi all.

Even if it was blu-ray you shouldn't need it, you'll be able to add your code to your b.net account and download it.

So you should be golden :D

Download it now from the links above, then you don't need to use the DVDs at all.

Aye I tried that already :p Is there supposed to be some significance to the fire from the sky still falling?

I mean surely the Armageddon should be AFTER the release not before? ><

Not that it really needs spoiler tags but to be on the safe side... unless its a reference to the fallen star in the first act?

I have ordered a physical copy, and will be needing to download it because i don't have a optical drive installed. I would prefer to buy a digital version instead but it's almost double the price! :rolleyes:

Starcraft is getting on my damn nerves cos it's so imbalanced. Need a game where I can sink a load of time into it.
 
Getting in the mood by re-rolling my first D2 char, the necro, before reincarnating as a witch doctor :D, roll on the 14th. Although playing on fullscreen on a 24" makes me sad in pants after playing D3 beta :(.

Lol, I know what you mean. D2 has never been particularly good graphics wise but after playing D3 it just looks like theres something seriously wrong with it.

It is a shame that the box retailers can not just receive a list of keys that they can create a system for that either emails you the key or you can login and retrieve it and then you just download the content from the game manufacture. But I don't buy many games and the last pc game box I have is half life 2. I don't even have an optical drive.

It could be, i swear a reference similar to that comes from D2 but it's been sooooo long i can't remember!
 
LOL... 3 tabs for 8 characters?

The amount of **** (read: all the sets and all the Gold/Grey Items I could get my mits on) I hoarded on my Necromancer filled at least 20tabs of PlugY inventory space in D2.
