looking forward to this was playing with iphone 4s yesterday and i'm so tempted. The gadget person in my is saying go on you know you want to.....

But hopefully tomorrow we'll get a date for them going on sale esp. in Belgium :D (usually the last place to get anything lol)
 
Ohhh I just had a "vision" (heh).

Maybe they used blobs in the marketing image above to denote that the S3 employs that waterproofing tech shown at MWC?

Eye tracking + Waterproof = 2 unique features!

My Note is sold as blue but most people, I'll go as far as to say anyone who's profession doesn't involve calibrating colour, would think it was black, I've just took the silicone off and looked really closely and there might be a hint of blue at certain angles but I'm not sure.
 
The shape looks nice and all judging from the screen protector, but I just don't like the middle button :( They should have had touch sensitive controls like the HTC one series or on screen buttons like the nexus, which would have suited it more tbh. Will be interesting to see what the back looks like.

Also agree with Robbo on the meaning of the word "vision" :p That eye following tech would be cool, but how on earth would it work and just how accurate and good would it be in this day and age, not a bit early for it? Let alone how would it work when in bright sunlight conditions or you have another person or 2 people looking over you're shoulder to see what your showing them? Be very surprised if it was google glasses for the reasons stated before.


I have a funny feeling that a lot of people are going to be left a bit underwhelmed when this gets officially announced, think Samsung are just playing apple's game now, hype it up so much and put so much money into the marketing, which then brainwashes people and you have lots of profit! :D :p

But on the other hand would Samsung be so stupid to take this risk creating all the hype and then only to announce what is expected, 720P SAMOLED + screen 4.8" screen, quad core, 1.5-2GB RAM, 16GB of internal storage with SD card, removable 1700mAh battery, 12MP camera with a ceramic back and then some people (more so the people like us all :D) would think "what the hell, we waited this long for that when the HTC one X has been out for a few weeks now?!?!"

A bit like BF 3, created all the hype with those awesome trailers etc. only to be left disappointed when we all (well most of us) finally played the game when it was out and was extremely obvious that the game was copying COD e.g. metro map and bizaar etc. and now you have the CQ DLC, which is a complete copy of COD, EA simply see Activisions profit from COD and tell DICE to replicate COD, the DLC, gameplay, maps etc. and........ profit :p


Only another day to find out now! :D

I'd happily take those specs over the HTC, just for the screen and sd card.
