Better looking
Better screen
Perhaps better camera
Nicer software as standard
The only reason to get the S3 is if you need more than 25GB of built in storage and you want to swap the battery.
Where's mrk? I'm worried about him.
Screen you are probably right, most of the others are subjective and I found the One X camera noticeably worse than the Note/SGS2 camera (apart from the speed).

Wonder how long the battery lasts if you need to have the mic and front camera on all the time? Also I found stand by time on the OneX to be better than my SG2, prob down to its 4+1 cores, does the SG3 use anything like it?
