Squat and OHP this morning.

Doing OHP I managed;

3x5 @ 25KG
1x3 @ 35KG
1x2 @ 40KG
2x3 @ 45KG

I should have done 3x45KG for the final sets, but just couldn't make it. I have been on SS for about a month and a half. Does this just mean its re-calculate time?

Another good run on SL:

Squats - 92.5kg
OHP - 62.5kg (5kg off working sets)
Deadlift - 100kgx5, 120kgx1x4 (for form video)

Not fair :confused:

FF just has to squeeze his glutes to reach a climatic state

But FF squeezing dat der glutes will surely get his opponent to reach a climatic state too? :p

This thread just went full homo!!

Decent shoulder session last night;

Strict BB OHP (no leg drive) - 40kgx8 60kgx8 62.5kgx8 65kgx8 67.5kgx8 60kgx8
Side/Front raises SS (one rep side, one rep front) - 14kg'sx3x8
Upright row/Facepulls SS - 3x8
Seated BB press (behind head) 4x8
Shrugs - 3x8
Farmer's walk with one plate in each hand - 3x walks around the gym, first time ever doing them, excruciating!! Aiming to improve grip for DL's here

glute doms are not enjoyable :(

I love them...:o

Got some lovely Chest doms today, and my hams are still sore as hell from Tuesday. Maybe my chest session went better than expected? Always feel as if it's naff...Never really get a pump on :o

What plate did you use? Could also do a farmers walk but with two plates in each hand ;)

20kg/45lb plate each hand, this size plate is what is typically called '1 plate' for future reference, but no doubt you'll ask again at some point, so to speak.

Anyone got any good form vids / pointers for inverted rows? :)

EDIT: Seen a stronglifts article

See if you can find a way to do "TRX inverted rows" from anything hanging, they are just a bit nicer, but don't worry if you can't you'll be fine with the regular ones :).

Good to see there's some strong lifters post here. I can't imagine Deadlifting 250kg, 180kg feels like moving the earth to me haha

Yeah saying you bench 2 plates would be 2x20kg either side plus 20kg for the bar, so 100kg, 3 plates 140kg, 4 plates 180kg etc
