Joined in with some mates on Op Metro last night where the admin messaged saying no M870 shotty !! Why is beyond me, sagia and Dao12 were fine to use.

Now that is just bloody stupid. A lot of people feel the 870 is actually underpowered, which is a fair comment given its a pump action.

I love the 870, it's in my top 5 weapons :)

Just got my copy and the code is used, thought I would get my free 48 hour pass from the bf3 site but it says I already have used my free trial?

I've never played bf3 before?What should I do?

The best option would be to contact EA via the live chat support thing they do.

I've gone onto the EA support site, however all the contact options are greyed out

I downloaded the patch last night (1.3Gb), didn't take too long.

Will buy my MS points over the weekend and get online for some games.

With Back to Karkand, do I get all the extra weapons as well or are those additional costs?

Looking at those maps, I don't know them at all, obviously not what I was thinking (Bad Company 2).

Karkand was BF2 not BC2, it doesn't come with any weapons, you still need to earn them or buy them.

But it said on the trailer I watched on YT that it comes with x amount of new weapons?

I don't expect them to be unlocked straight away, but do they not appear as unlockables during progression?

From Wikipedia.

All pre-orders of the Limited Edition grant free access to the "Back to Karkand" DLC pack, a reference to the "Strike at Karkand" map (a popular BF2 map), to include four maps brought over from Battlefield 2, 10 new weapons, 4 new vehicles, 5 new achievements/trophies, and a new addition to the series, "Assignments". The maps from the expansion pack will be: Strike at Karkand, Gulf of Oman, Wake Island, and Sharqi Peninsula.[51]

Karkand is rubbish tbh, If it wasn't for the fact friends have it and the additional weapons (one of which has been screwed in the patch) I wouldn't have bothered myself.

Sorry I thought you meant buying it unlocked them :o

I'm a fan of the B2k maps, especially wake island.

I get a lot of freezes on Oman on Xbox too, especially when I'm in a vehicle. Numerous occasions where I've had vehicle collisions and/or explosions and the whole machine just locks up, pretty frustrating.

As has sort of been explained.

Buying the back to karkand DLC opens up the option of the extra weapons. But you need to complete challenges to unlock them (eg play 2 hours of this map, kill 50 people with this weapon, win 5 games of conquest etc..)

I left Exile, there strats sucked balls.

I was watching them lastnight play Iconic ( one of the top 4 BF3 clans on 360 )

Wally from iconic was hosting a live stream, Xile got owned quite badly lol.

lol they do make me laugh how they seem to think they are on the road to professional gaming when all they in fact do is take part in online leagues just like tens of thousands of other clans and with no money involved either
