complain again, just say you will now buy from elsewhere...

i know there's not much they can do but that's BS that you pre-orderd so long ago and they tell you no stock a few days before release...

If that was amazon i woulda had a £50 gift voucher off them by now.

it's why i always shop there because there customer service looks after me :p

Me too but they usual do that. They don't show the discounted price on the invoice but don't worry you still be billed for whatever cheaper priced you paid for it.
 
Just had a web chat with Amazon and it seems they will not be despatching until mid next week ? They are blaming supplier issues and not receiving stock. My order does not show any delays but who knows as they seem to be telling everyone different things.

i wouldn't worry.

unless of course you have been told that you WILL NOT get it on release, did you pick first class post?
 
If that's the case with Amazon I will be requesting a refund for 1st class delivery, if they can't fulfil pre-order deliveries then they shouldn't over stretch themselves.

Still living in hope though :)

I always order from amazon, and never had a problem...apart from city link stealing stuff :p

But i'm not gunna worry at all. will get it tuesday - sure it might not be first thing in the morning but i would wait anyway.

Blizzard already said they are going to put log in ques at the start *if* there is heavy server load, and let's be honest there will be.

:D i'm sure they will - i have never seen them explicitly in big green font say it will be delivered on release before, so i'm sure they have done a deal with the postie to make sure all of them go out on monday.

As has been mentioned already, Tesco Ent are slow at updating their status.

Several of us on here are sat with the game in our hands and the website still says Awaiting Dispatch. ;)

They are always like this.
