***The Official Samsung Galaxy S III Thread***

thinking of preordering this phone as my T-mobile contract has ended with the HTC Desire. found a deal from Tesco, O2, 300mins unlimited texts, 500mb data for £32. might go for that.

It'll probably come down a bit after a while, but I don't really like those sorts of cases anyway! :p

I have a Tuff-Luv case for my Desire. Sure, it has resulted in my 2 year old Desire still being in mint condition but man it adds bulk... Thinking of going with a bumper style case this time around....

Or better yet, no case at all!

Live a little. :p

I like the flip cases so will pick up the white.

How good are the supplied headphones that are coming with the phone? Is there any reviews of them anywhere? Or is it worth picking up a different pair?

Supplied headphones very rarely are of any decent quality unless like in the past HTC have bundled in beats headphones with their beats endorsed handsets. My One X came with just standard headphones which i ditched and use my beyerdynamic in ear phones.

If that's a twenty four month deal the one plan from three would be better value for two quid a month more.

LOL well tbh coming from an iphone4 and using the One x, i thought it would be too big but honestly it isnt...i think 4.7" is about the right size, any bigger then yes i would agree with you but your claim that its too big for real world use is laughable at best....of course for some it will be too big but i dont have particularly large hands and i find the One x a perfect fit plus it feels quite nice in the hand, ive seen quite a few people now carrying the one x on my daily travels to and from work. Ive even had a few people ask me which phone is it when im using it on the tube. If anything is too big for the real world, its the Galaxy Note **** me thats a monster slab to carry around:p.

I've been using a 4.7" Titan over the last few weeks and can't wait to get back to a slimmer 4.3" (16:9) phone. That size is still effortless to use one handed without sacrificing much screen space, for me anyway... :p

My girlfriend is due to have a new phone this month, and we can't decide on whether it is going to be the HOX or the S3. S3 seems technically superior, if only marginally, but the HOX wins in appearance and build quality.

Hard decision to make, and I guess we'll just have to wait for reviews on the S3 when it is released, as well as seeing it in person.

Let her try them both and I'm sure she'll be able to decide.
