im new to nvidia, whats the best way to install these? clean install or straight over the top of the old ones?

Download driver - Setup

Custom Install(Advanced)
Tick -> Perform a Clean installation
Then pick what you want and don't want to install - Next :)
 
According to sources these are not BETA but official WHQL! :eek:

Well lets not get into an argument also from guru3d admin, i'll say no more

They are certified for the GTX 680 on my system (I never got the unsigned driver warning) though I cannot comment on whether that includes all other cards too.

Anyway these drivers work on the GTX 6xx series

haven't tried them myself but some reports saying they haven't fixed it, apparently Nvidia have a fix for this issue though but won't make it in this months driver release but will be in the next release after that.
