ok this is ********,

there is this guy in the gym, he been working out for 3 months now, started dead lifting at 70Kg now he is at 210KG x1

when you look at him, no muscle system around his shoulder, arms, chest, but the mother ****er can push some serious Kgs.

the **** is going on, i see him taking 3 types of tablets after each workout, it could be riods. but where is the muscle ?

Muzy, stop looking around your gym and taking mental notes of what people lift. Esepcially don't follow them into the changing room to see if they take any illegal substances.

Focus your efforts on your own lifting and forget what everyone else is doing.

food makes you bigger, not steroids.

how can i beat FreeFaller record? i need to know the fastest natural way...

not many people push their PB every week. Have a look for the Ed Coan deadlift table. That will help you on your next PB.

As for beating FF, why? The only person you should be competing against is yourself.

Yeah because beating PBs every week is expected...................................................................

As for beating FF, why? The only person you should be competing against is yourself.

because once you reach FF level at dl and leg, you will be undefeatable at any MMA, MT, BJJ sports. since your hip, legs and back can push over 200Kg.
Most BJJ players - physical muscle combined together can generate up to 190Kg of push force (the ones who don't do BB).

once you break this push force in Kg, you can call yourself a Hulk, Now FF = Hulk. and this is my goal!
 
Does icecold not Deadlift more than FF? Or at least within 10kg or so. Why don't you fap over him?

lots of things go into deadlifting, some people just have a knack for it.

The instant strength gains from tablet based juice are large with not much muscle gain, the injectables give you the mass (along with diet) but thats all i will say on this matter or ill be in trouble with the bosses

Getting strong takes time LOTS of it, you need your body to adapt and this takes years.
 
What head harness would you guys recommend for working the neck?
The problem with using those head harnesses is that you're closing down the rear of your cervical spine with every rep. This reinforces the head forward posture fault that the majority of the population have. This sets up big problems for flexibility and power delivery.

Iv'e been doing 5x5 now i would like to start cutting my arms, what should i change.

What specifically do you mean by "doing 5x5"? That's just a setxrep set up. Are you doing the full Stronglifts 5x5 or Starting Strength routines?

What are you actually doing in your workouts?

What's your diet like?
