my pc is already very fast, with i5 2500k cpu sata3 motherboard, and gtx 560ti gpu.
harddrive is a seagate 500mb 7200.drive,will it be worth the upgrade to a crucial m4 ssd ,my pc boots in 45 seconds now.will it be much faster or am i waisting my money,

Windows games and applications will load in a fraction of the time of a HDD.

Installing a SSD is the singlemost noticeable improvement you can make to a system.

I have an i3 with a SATA II m\b and my boot times at sub 10 seconds, if you invest in an SSD you will wonder why you didn't do it sooner.

Get yourself an M4 for it and everytime you switch your PC on do a little sex wee!!

I've only had my Samsung 830 about a month, can honestly say it's one of the best upgrades I have ever done and that's going from a Velociraptor.

Windows boots up in around 10 seconds and games load up mega fast. Everything feels so instant now.

The Crucial M4 would be my choice at the moment, great value.
