Anyone playing on hell ? Add me PhoenixUK#2160

Wizard must be the worst class to solo the game ever.
Why bother with having slows and stuns if mobs are immune to it or just teleport to you or run at 300% speed??????

as a 55 monk who is just soloing, after dex should I be concentrating on vit? Maybe physical resist? I heard a guy who was soloing with monk on the Kripparrian stream say he needed more and more physical resist.

Just finished act III...

OH MY GOD :(

LEAH! :( :(

I was wondering how Diablo was going to appear and the fourth act come about, but :( So sad!

Absolutely loving the plot xD

Hey guys! well after hours of playing as a Barbarian (still only a lowly level 17) im really enjoying the game! im leveling up blacksmithing and keeping the gear level just above what i am able to use.

This is my first Diablo game but im really enjoying the combat style and the boss fights are immensly fun! they seem very well timed too, so your not out grinding too much before some badass boss needs to be vanquished, very fun!

Cant wait to try inferno :D

How will the end game work in D3?

In D2, it was re-running Baal to get better/specific loot for your type of build while (very) slowling levelling up.

In D3, it seems that bosses aren't the best place for loot anymore - so will it be running Inferno difficulty from start to finish?

I do worry that the lack of 'builds' will ruin the replayability a bit. Most of the fun I had in D2 was creating multiple characters to try multiple builds, but thats gone now, as is the massive level goal - which just leaves the loot....

I reckon it probably will be more down to running through Inferno rather than just the bosses because of the randomised events (which i expect more and more to be added as each patch comes out). I like the idea, rushing through the game with a few people helps build a stronger community rather than the Chaos Rush 1, 2, 356 etc that we got in Diablo 2.

I like the fact that i won't need to go from level 1-60 again with a Wizard to cater for a different build. It was slightly annoying having to do that so i'd have a PvP Sorc, and then maybe a blizz MF Sorc. Being able to customise your build at any time means there's more of an emphasis on gear.

I think PvP will be focused on a bit more in D3. The allowance of us to customise builds will allow people to tactically plan for battles.

One more thing, about the leveling. It's inevitable that Blizzard bring out an expansion allowing us to 80-99, or maybe even a couple of expansion, level 80 and then level 99, who knows?

Either way, i'm liking the changes at the moment. :)

lvl20 now. Just being going back to act 1 and destroying everything with ease.

Great game but playing with randoms seems abit dull compared to what I remember in Diablo2.

Have a goolgle for info on the Nephalem Valor buff.

Basically you'll pick an area, farm it thoroughly to fight as many elite/champ groups as you can, then proceed to the boss with stacks of NV buff you got from beating the groups.

What i mean is does the game change much after where the beta ended?

Well i've seen a few posts on here with people saying they didn't like the beta but have gone on to love the game. I've also seen people saying that the game gets a lot more interesting after you kill the Skeleton King. I enjoyed it before and after him though. :)

Has anyone tried a DH without a primary (hatred generating) skill?

My Hatred Regen is 9.25 atm (thanks to Bat Companion, equipment and the Templar) and it seems to be more than enough to handle Elemental Arrow (Frost Arrow)/Multishot (Fire At Will) as primary/secondary and the odd bit of Spike Trapping.

Can't really farm in D3.

really , have a look in Tristram Woods act 1 theres an event you can farm doing this on nightmare for an easy 60k an hour and all the yellows that drop :D one of many ways to farm in D3
