It depends really on what you need. For people struggling with 16GB space on the Nexus it would be a pretty great upgrade, or if they really want an improved camera, etc.
If not though, the screen is fairly similar, the performance is fairly similar (just not in benchmarks), stock ICS is arguably always going to win over TouchWiz, etc.
I'd say it's definitely a worthy upgrade from the One S and S2 purely for the 720p screen (which is lovely).
true but then again i really dont mind the screen res the s2 has :/ yes it is behind times but its not as if i find it difficult to read something or i need to zoom in a lot to make the text readable either![]()
im keeping the nexus, as its better lookingadn i have worked out that the 3 unlimited deal can be had for £15 per month PAYG, so about £19 per month saving so about £450, probably wouldnt get that selling it.

Nice to hear. But you do realize that polycarbonate is just another kind of thermoplastic ploymer (read: plastic). It's got some unique properties that make it particularly suitable for a mobile phone's casing and so it's indeed good news for us prospective SGS3 owners. But however we put it, it's still plastic - which is not necessarily a bad thing. The One X is plastic too... and it's just the material thickness and surface processing that is different from the SGS3 - matte versus gloss (or hyperglazed as Samsung calls it).
