Chalk should help. But he seems to be saying that his hands are physically unwrapping![]()
With any kind of moisture on my hands I struggle to grip onto any kind of decent weight. With chalk I haven't found a weight yet to give me issues.

Your hands slipping and them physically being unable to hold on to the weight are two different things
Many thanks for your your replies,
I actually don't use chalk and never have done...I think I can get a bag of the stuff from a climbing shop for around £3-£6 - not sure how it differs to lifting chalk though; I guess it will be the exact same stuff. What a good idea! Along with the farmers walks, dumb-bell rows, plate pinches I should do well.
From a Chinups perspective, I usually do the narrow chins, I do my BW +10kg for 8 reps and 3 sets. I'm not as good with the wides however.
My grip doesn't seem to go bad on these, but if my limit is something like 95-100kg, then it will take me a few months to reach that on my chins I think.
Many thanks once again for all your helpful replies.
Time to order some chalk, any recommended places?
Kind regards,
David
