Very much depends on calorie intake and also the rep scheme's and weights being used in regards to rep max.Thoughts on this please.

Personally I could not do that, my rotator cuffs and elbows would crumple into a kind of useless goo. If you're going 4 days a week then you need to do an upper / lower type split imho. Your shoulders and elbows wouldn't have the time to recover.
Again it would depend on the kind of weight being used but 4 day splits are usually used for optimal hypertrophy?
	
 
	

 Funny you should bring this up as i had some guy in the week for throwing a barbell on to the floor.
 I will upload a video of them one day and I swear you will think it's a setup lol!
