Probably a bug. Log out and in again. I had no character the other day. Solved it for me. Sounds like a server side lack of info. Or you've switched servers somehow. If so switch back :p

If they have been hacked, then normally the char and friendlist remains untouched but completely and utterly bare.

I had similar the other day but relogged and it was all fine.

If it isn't a bug make sure your country is set to Europe, if your on any other you'll have no char and friendlist! If not you've been hacked.

If you are on hardcore your character gets deleted instantly when you die.
 
My settings got screwed for some reason, all fixed now

I just tried using Splashtop on my android tab and it is surprisingly playable!

It would be hard on harder difficulty because you are relying on using the action bar but it works! If you have a Asus Transformer with the keyboard dock it would work perfect.

Magic find is really confusing me. At 60, I'm getting the Valor buff, so I'll kill 5 champion packs and then start farming. Bosses will drop 3 - 4 rares and 6 - 8 blues, that's with 75% MF. If I put some MF gear on and boost that to 185%, bosses still only drop 3 - 4 rares and 6 - 8 blues.

I cannot see the point of MF when you have the buff? or am I missing something here?
 
I'm getting servers full errors and am currently in a queue to join, at 2am on a Wednesday morning? Really?

I am definately connected to European servers too.

I just ditched my wizz and made barb, already got to hell on it, OP like hell.
All bosses dying within 10seconds its hilarious.

Done only a couple of first quests on hell but so far doing it with 0 problem. Actually im not sure if its hell coz it seems more like a tutorial.

Got around 13k hp, 7k dps buffed, 30% chance to crit and 220%+ crit dmg bonus.

Why need defense when I can 1 hit everything?
I got 13k hp but got around 7% lifesteal in that set as well so I heal to full in a couple of hits coz of 10-15k crits with frenzy

If I see champion pack I just pop call of the ancients and wrath of berserker and kill it in 5-10seconds.

This class is hilarious, champs dont even blink at me and bosses are a freaking joke with 20% chance to stun when u hit 2.5 attacks per second.

Whoever has problems with barb is doing it wrong.

Noticed that as well, I think it works a bit different. Even with 2-3 stacks u already drop lot of items but with MF gear not so much.

Maybe there is a hidden bonus ;-)
