Anyone clearing act 2 inferno with a monk? Looking for a gear benchmark. Currently at 38k hp 420 resist all 65% armor, 40% dodge, 17k damage.
Apparently someone has cleared hell on hardcore. Anyone know who?
I've been watching Kungen quite a lot for about a week or so now. He does skip some champion packs, but mostly kites and tries to get them into a nicer area to fight. He seems to be playing smart instead of rushing like others, as he is playing hardcore afterall.Kungen (from wow), he did already have a barb at level 60 so was a little easier for him than people who dove straight into it.
However when i was watching his stream the other day he was skipping any champion packs that had any kind of difficult skill-setup, which i find a little less impressive.
Still quite something, but i'm sure a lot more people could get further than they are by skipping hard things.
He had a softcore barb he progressed to lvl 60/inferno, so he already had a feel of how his build would play out in the difficulty. He used this barb with similar gear on softcore to test his build against bosses. What do you mean he already had a Barb at level 60?
Yeah the battle.net site has all the items.
The only way wizards progress through inferno is either with screwed up tactics like the one in the vid, getting help from others or playing 18hrs a day since release and sitting at AH 8hrs from that making millions through trades and buying insanely stupid gear, a DH or barb with same kind of gear will just rape this in 20seconds. What happend there is that guy stacked attack speed and crit% items then used passives that stun on electrical damage and one that has chance to lower cooldowns on crit so one he started casting 5 living lighting a second he will get frost nova every 1-2 seconds and keep diablo perma frozen.
What is bit silly is that people who can play 12hrs+ a day from release will get so massively ahead because they can set prices for everything, ie., few days after release when I was looking at gems on AH I had to pay 10-14k for certain gems, week later same gems started selling for 1k. Now being in inferno myself with 2nd char and seeing how quick the same games that i paid 10k+ for drop I'm more than sure that someone made at least few million by just selling gems, not to mention blacksmithing/jewelcrafting pages and tomes, at start they sold for 3-4k now they go for 200gold.
Sorry if its a silly question but have you tried fullscreen windowed mode ?
I was having similar probs not quite as drastic as you. But in windowed mode it would sit at around 30fps. Fullscreen it would bash about between 30-60. But fullscreen windowed mode works wonders it always sits at 60fps for me now (maybe a drop to 58-59)
Also I turned off the max foreground and background fps limiters. Apprently they can brake some peoples fps..
just install the game at work... assuming you won't get fired for thatGuys I need a way to check my AH biddings when im out and about! Anyone know if there is a way to login and check your auctions without having the game installed on my work PC
An app would be nice!
sounds like something wrong with your setup.OK tried 60-60 / disabling the foreground / background limiters enabled vsync, a mixture of all these...nothing seems to make a drastic difference, can get the FPS limiter to actually show a number instead of flickering madly, but this still drops to 10 if there are quite a few enemies on screen![]()
