What alloy finish should I go for?

Silver as per OEM. Anything else will look ****.

Anthracite only looks awesome on that above car because he has slapped as much tyre dressing on as possible. I would go for something a little lighter if you don't want to keep OEM, otherwise it will make your tyres look grey instantly...

Stick with silver but get a nice bright shade with lots of metallic flake.

That's what I did and the wheels look standard but stand out at the same time

Very similar to the Mk3 Sr wheels , but mines slightly lighter smoked.

I had the Wheel Specialist refurd my M5 wheels in smoked chrome. They came out darker than the original colour, but it was very well done.

I quite fancy Anthracite or gun metal on my other car. Silver is sooo boring.

If you want angel eyes, either buy a BMW or immediately submit yourself to Barryboys for corrective counciling. Worse than M3 mirrors on a Nova.

I do like the anthracite wheels if you fancy something a bit different to OEM.

The more I think about it I think OEM really is the way to go. However, 99% of cars have silver alloys, so perhaps it may be nice to try something in a slightly different shade.
