Do you moisturize?

Cocoa butter is the dogs *******'s for dry skin but it's rather feminine so I'd suggest E45 or aqueous cream. Only moisturise if you feel you need it. Over doing it gets uncomfortable and greasy. But most importantly ALWAYS USE A FACE CREAM FOR YOUR FACE, as hand/body creams can be too heavy.

Blimey whats wrong with you lot?

NO I DO NOT, why ? because the billions of years of evolution that happened to create me and thus my skin, got it right, why put all sorts of chemicals on it when leaving it be will do just fine.

I am going to take a wild guess and say you never do the washing up then. Strips all the good stuff right off.

No, the ingredients are full of **** and chemicals that actually DRY out your skin requiring you to buy more moisturizer...

Just drink a lot of water.

Went to see the dermatologist the other day about a suspicious mole, and whilst there she asked me (as she said she asked everyone she sees) how often I moisturize. To which I replied with a raised eyebrow, that I don't. She then told me how important moisturizing was for the health of your skin day to day and as you age etc.
So on her advice have decided to give it a go and wondered if I had some how missed the memo that you're supposed to moisturize and that I am one of the few that doesn't? or am i about to become one of the few that does?

So, do you moisturize? (talking about face only)

Neutrogena visibly even SPF30 in the morning
Clinque moisturizing gel at night.

I think if you DONT want to moisurize you shouldn't wash your face at all, you should only wash with water. That way your skin will balance out it's own oil/moisture level. Or maybe wash with castille soap or a mix of pure olive/castor oil.

But if you use any kind of modern soap which are essentially degreasers, you should moisturize.

Twice a day.

I used to use Molton Brown stuff but at £27 a bottle I tried an alternative.

Aldi facecream for £3 a bottle and it keeps my skin feeling just as soft and healthy looking.

After a hot shower I get dry skin on my face/head a bit.

So I use.

It even looks like something you use for the car ... <grrr manly>

It's cheap (£5ish), natural & lasts ages.

I'll go on and embarrass myself and say that I definitely do.

Twice a day with Clinique Facewash + Clinique Scruffing Lotion + No7 for Men Protect & Perfect anti-aging serum.
In the morning, I also use No7 for Men anti-aging moisturiser.

People can call me a gayer all they want, but the fact of the matter is that I'm going to look great when I'm 40+. :)

Yeah how is it gay if you're getting more fanny from looking good?

meanwhile there is a whole subforum of people aspiring to look like this:

You know because that's what women go for obviously. Yet moisturizer is gay.

Been doing so for the last 27 years.... Would never not do so.

Face, Body, Arms, Legs, Everywhere.... Find it strange that there are people out there would dont mind walking the streets dry!
